Places to wash RV near Seattle (and condition the roof)

Any suggestions for place to wash the RV and condition the roof? The dealer is charging 400-500 dollars, I think. For that price I can buy a power washer and do it myself.
  • If your coming our way, you can use my hose We live south of Olympia.
  • Never heard of conditioning roof. What type of roof do you have?
  • If you are going south to Oregon any time soon, there is a Blue Beacon at Jubitz in Portland right off I-5 near the border. They do RVs.
  • Search for a semi-truck wash in your area. They usually do RVs too.
I think a "large" goes for about $85 in my area.

And before you pay anybody to "condition" the roof, tell us what kind of roof it has. That sounds like a scam to me.
