Plague-Infected Squirrel @ Campgrounds, Angeles Nat'l Forest

This could be a story from most any year out West. The plague is found quite often in the fleas that live on most small mammals from New Mexico northward. In its usual form the plague isn't contagious and treated fairly easily. When it is found in the pneumonic form is when it gets ugly. Avoid any feverish, coughing fleas if at all possible.
