- Dutch_12078Explorer III've used Poli Glow on a boat and Red Max Pro on an RV and couldn't tell the difference except in my wallet. They even smelled the same.
- donn0128Explorer IIDid the poly glow once. I'm still paying for that mistake.
- mark5wExplorerSeen lots of Rv's with both. Most were flaking. Would never use it on mine. Read horror stories of those that worked their @ss off to get it off.
- brireneExplorerRMP was originally a less expensive alternative to PG, but since Zep has replaced RMP (at $25 per gallon), I don't know if that's true any longer. PG supposedly has ultraviolet protection, but I've not had any sun related problems in 3 years with RMP.
- jkbreaExplorerI did RMP three years ago and it looked great. I did one coat a year after that. The best part was just wash and rinse and it looks great again. This year I noticed some areas flaking. I stripped the trailer with Zep stripper. Not too hard but time consuming.....about 4 to 5 hours. Not much different than handwaxing. I did the whole RMP treatment again and it looks new.
I think its worth it. - Queens_CarriageExplorerWe have a lot of RMP posts. I was trying to find out more about Poli-Glow.

Something we agree on ,crappy stuff - missourijanExplorerI can only speak of our experience, we ordered the expensive Poli Glow. We could not get the smooth finish they claim you get. After several coats our front cap still felt "grainy". I called the maker of Poli Glow and they weren't a lot of help, sent out a new sponge applicator which did the same thing. We gave it away to someone with a boat. The Poli Prep actually does remove oxidation but I would never try the Poli Glow again.
- wny_pat1ExplorerThey started using Red Max Pro because it was found to be just as good as Poly Glow and was so much cheaper

And while the ZEP equivalent to RMP is more expensive than RMP, it's still far cheaper than Poly Glow.
