Or at least should be. On the road, we use the poop bags or grocery bags. Just so much easier to do it that way. The only difference between a small dogs poop and big dogs poop is the size of the bag you need. Plus a big dogs poop is easier to find. I would rather just pull a bag out, pick it up, tie it and toss it and be done. Not having to take the scooper to the hose and spraying it off and spraying fecal matter all over the place to include my shoes. Just makes it more of a chore.
