Poor water flow to toilet

2011 Rockwood TT. When you flush the toilet the water just dribbles out. Bathroom, kitchen & outside kitchen taps all work fine. Can't find any valves but of course the belly is wrapped. Any ideas ???
  • Look up your toilet to see how it works. They are pretty easy to work on and replace parts.

Maybe even replace the toilet with a new one.
  • Remove the water line connected to the toilet. You probably have debris at the inlet to the toilet. If you have the kind of toilet with only one fitting that sprays water into the toilet bowl, you need to pull the toilet, remove the plastic fitting and clean all the debris from inside the plastic spray fitting.

Sounds like fun LOL Thanks for the info
  • I had the same problem. After owning this fiver for about 8 months, I read on this forum, some pedals lift up to get the bowl to fill. So, I tried that...it worked! First time I had ever heard of that. Slid my foot under the pedal, lifted pedal up and water flowed into bowl correctly. Just a thought.
  • What toilet do you have?

Some have small holes around rim that clog up
Some have screen on inlet to water valve

Some are easier then others to work on.

Rarely is there a shutoff valve at toilet...have to secure all water to RV
But working on the water inlet is a good time to install one right at toilet.

No kidding. We replaced the toilet with a dometic 310. We paid a mobil RV service company to do it and haul away the used stuff. I happen to ask if they had a new water pump, they did. Had that upgraded too. So much better, adult style commode with spray wand and quiet full water flow.

    Yea, it's nice.

Don't have Camping World do it....Just my opinion.
  • Okay as simple as I might be, why are there 2 hoses to the back of the toilet ? 1 Blue hose which I assume is cold water & 1 white/clear hose coming to the bowl from around the foot pedal ?
  • Blue line is the water supply line..comes off cold water plumbing system.
It goes to the water valve assembly

Then white/clear hose comes off of water valve assembly outlet to the vacuum breaker and into toilet bowl

Blue line pressurized when in city water or using pump
White/clear line only has pressure/flow when you flush toilet
