Again .. Thanks for the responses. As an update, I have discovered that the RELIEF that I noted is temporary, and , while that is Welcome, it is not a CURE.
I did watch a video online where a lady showed a Quadricep exercise that also does an effective job of taking the pain away ( temporarily ).
Using 2 fingers on BOTH hands, start at the knee area , press against the outside leg rather hard, and move the fingers UP the sides of the leg toward the hip.... repeatedly .
I have tried this many times, recently. It seems simple and useless ... but .. it does take away the pain for a while and lessens the overall condition for an extended period of time ... at least, it does for ME !
