UPDATE ... After MANY creams , massage machines , vibrators , limping , physical therapy and taking Ibuprofen , to the point of developing Fatty Liver .... I have finally fallen upon the REAL CURE of my knee pain !
MY ... problem was COMPLETELY cures in MINUTES by an exercise for my HAMSTRING !
The hamstring resides in the back of the upper leg and wraps around the knee area.
The exercise is SIMPLE ... lay on your back ... wrap a belt / strap around your foot ... pull you foot toward your head area ( facing up - knee TOTALLY straight ). Hold for 30 seconds ...RELAX ... do it again 2-3 times per session.
( You must do it to a point where you feel stress/stretching on the Hamstring that runs along the very back of the thigh.)
MY PAIN ... went away immediately ... Totally ... 4 days ago !
I can only imagine how many knee replacements and surgeries could have been avoided by this simple exercise.
No more knee lock-up and intense pain while driving an RV or just sitting.
I had the knee pain DAILY for well over 2 years !
