Of all the thousands of RV's you see traveling up and down the roads, how many have you actually seen disabled or wrecked? Of the few that you do see, how many can you definitively were disabled due to overload situation?
I have never weighed my rig, probably never will. I am real close to my payload and probably slightly over I defy anyone to show me how I am a danger on the road.

Sounds like you really don't care one way or the other what "could" happen to you or anyone around you...I've seen several wrecks, seen quite a few blown tires that caused some ugly damage to 5er's. ...saw a wreck on I40, travel trailer on a beautiful day in the Asheville area, he was towing a travel trailer, wrecked, (wag the dog), was towing with a Dodge Durango, killed his son.....yep, I've seen them. I was about 1/4 mile back from where it happened.
I also tow at a reasonable speed of 55-65 mph (my tires will take faster speed), but I get my best mpg around 62 mpg. Wonder how many know if they have ST tires, and if so, that they are speed rated to 65 mph?
