That would be my first move. And as a landlord, the answer would be NO WAY. No matter how or what you park the RV on, there are going to be ruts leading to and away from it. The grass underneath will be dead and depending upon the property, you may damage things around and underneath..
For example, are there lawn sprinklers? Will you be driving over or parking on a septic tank?. What is between the back yard and the road? Flower beds? Fences? Ground that could get soft and sink the rig to the axles?
And I won't even start on the neighbors and the fact that the officials will interact with the owner, not the renter, should problems arise.
