Wow Thank you for so many great replies, so quickly. After reading your replies I went back to do some checking. The zoning board says that I am allowed to park it in the back yard, (which is where I have it), but it has to be on a "continuous hard surface"...that means where the wheels and the front post touch it has to be a hard surface, continuously underneath, but it doesn't have to be concrete...so that may give me more options. Any other suggestions?
