Other than Homie Depot pavers, "precast" concrete panels? Are not really used in residential world and rarely used for slab on grade applications in heavy civil or commercial construction. Only app I can think of off the top of my head is precast railroad Xings, to save time shutting down a busy street or highway.
Bottom line any precast panel you'd have fabricated would not be cost effective.
Tenant/landlord/zoning issues aside, you basically have 3 options for a continuous is hard surface. Gravel (or any variant of recycled materials), asphalt or poured in place concrete.
