I don't do exchange, it is normally a ripoff!
This is to draw you into the program, then once the deal is over you are paying $20 or more for 4 gals of propane ($5 per gal.)! I get my propane at the same place I get my diesel.
I pay less than $3 per gal. and my tanks are FULL.
