Question

Pro Series hitches with weight distribution bars and sway control

purchased 6 months ago. I know a lower cost line..

the clip and pin that HOLD one of the distribution bars had broken..

900 miles from home.. at a campground.. no paperwork for warranty..

e-mailed them anyway on Monday.. Had replacement set in hand on Thursday..

they are quick and package arrived on the day they said it would...

and the kit has upgraded/redesigned parts.

Cequent has always treated me right...I also have their Pro Series WD hitch and it is a fine piece of equipment... Especially at their price point.  I'm glad they took care of you!Jeremiah

Been using their Reese brand a long time and always worked well. No warranty issues encountered. Glad they did the right thing.

That is nice to hear. I purchased a Pro Series with WD & SC last year. I went with the Pro Series because when it was set next to a comparable Reese the only differences were the decals and price. Since they are both a division of Cequent I am pretty sure they are equal in quality and strength.
