The way I see it, your problem isn’t with the insurance company, your problem is with the repair shops. How did you choose the repair shops and why did you go to repair shops so far from home?
No shop close to us would work on it. We was dealing with the wife’s mother medical issue in the middle of this and the claim rep had the coach moved from place to place. Four different places so who do I get to blame for the broken things.
Agreed. Your issue is with the shops. Insurance did what they were supposed to do and they are not your attorney. Not sure why the repair shops are so far away but I would have been more "eyes on" and engaged to ensure things are done correctly.
