The way I see it, your problem isn’t with the insurance company, your problem is with the repair shops. How did you choose the repair shops and why did you go to repair shops so far from home?
Agreed. Your issue is with the shops. Insurance did what they were supposed to do and they are not your attorney. Not sure why the repair shops are so far away but I would have been more "eyes on" and engaged to ensure things are done correctly.
We have no shop close to us that would work on it. We was dealing with the wife’s mother medical issues and the claim rep had it moved. Four different shops who would be the one at fault? Who do I go after?
