They built the units before they got them tested! And the did not pass one or more of the UL tests. They still work as advertised.
If you notice the new ones have a rain cover, must have been one test they failed on the 30 amp. I haven't seen one on the 50 amp, so I guess the test is different and they haven't got it figured out yet.
Still better than doing with out one.
