A dealer should know how to handle this, no problem. Call your county clerk if you have questions. I don't know if out of state dealers are required to collect TN sales tax or not. Probably are. Chances are the dealer will collect the sales tax and you will get temporary tags to drive home.
Be sure and contact your insurance agent ASAP.
If it's an individual, again, call the county court clerk. You definitely need to get the title and a bill of sale before you leave. You will pay the lovely TN sales tax when you go to register the RV.
