We are looking at purchasing a Jayco TT out of state. We live in TN and are finding better deals in OH and IL. Are there any reasons we shouldn't do this? What are your experiences with purchasing out...

I'm pretty sure that all the states have laws and forms to ensure you don't get hit twice.
Not true. I've paid twice where a tax compact was lacking and the selling state had no provision to exempt out of state buyers. It is necessary for the buyer to do his homework for the two states in question.
