Pros and cons of purchasing out of state
We are looking at purchasing a Jayco TT out of state. We live in TN and are finding better deals in OH and IL. Are there any reasons we shouldn't do this? What are your experiences with purchasing out...

I'm pretty sure that all the states have laws and forms to ensure you don't get hit twice.
Yes, I'm sure because I just went through this with a new car that I bought out of Ca. The car was not double taxed (it is exempt) but If I had bought a trailer, HD truck (or any truck that can haul more than 1500#), boat or several other items, I would have had to pay tax twice.
This is for Wa. state and I suspect other states have similarly complicated rules.
