The Lemon Law in Washington State only applies to purchases made in Washington State. I have bought two vehicles from Dave Smith in Idaho. We paid for the local taxes in Washington State, no Idaho taxes.
We did buy a Jeep Cherokee locally in Washington State. It was later returned as a Lemon. Thankfully we did not buy it from Idaho. Otherwise I would still be making payments on a non driveable vehicle. The Washington State Lemon Law does apply to parts of an RV. Every State has different laws.
