Good luck with that, around here when it snows or rains many drive faster just to show off their driving skills and autos capabilities ( of which they don't have nor understand). They buy a 4 wheel drive and figure they're the king of the road and the world revolves around them.
I live in rural area and drive to the suburbs for work. The road into town in the winter is loaded with knuckle heads lining the ditches after every snow. Seen them passing or tailgaiting and then the show begins.
I suspect many here are conscious of driving conditions and your warning is a great reminder. However there are those who you see driving their towed rigs, MH's, etc. at extremely high speeds and are proud of it. I suspect your warning just falls on a lot of deaf ears.
If it saves one life ... It's worth it.
