"Bobby, thank you for asking to help. Would you go down to the office and ask them to deliver two bundles of firewood to site # 416?"
If you insist on going to full rude right off the bat....
"Bobby, thank you so much, but we don't allow anyone in our campsite while we are setting up. That's our strict camping rule. You can stop by tomorrow in the afternoon if you'd like."
It amazes me that people have such a hard time controlling a situation with a juvenile.
