Question about dry weight and actual dry weight

I'm looking at a trailer that has an advertised dry weight of 6190. The sticker on the TT reports it is 6434. Does this mean the sticker on the TT has already factored in the batteries, propane and ...

I understand the same. Dealer installs battery and propane tanks. When I bought mine there were two identical trailers with only difference being interior color. They was 150 lbs difference in weight on sticker. Maybe an extra piece of wood or something in one?
