The brochure dry weight is generally the base model. The sticker in the cabinet should be the weight of the trailer when it left the factory. If you got an optional ladder, spare tire, or some other stuff, this could easily be 244 lbs. I do not believe that TTs are shipped with batteries (anybody know if transporters hook up a temp battery for transport? Seems like they would need one to operate the breakaway switch while in delivery.) If they have propane bottles they would not be full.
So a battery and the weight of the propane is considered part of what you add to get to your "wet weight" even if you don't carry fresh water.
