Question about dry weight and actual dry weight

I'm looking at a trailer that has an advertised dry weight of 6190. The sticker on the TT reports it is 6434. Does this mean the sticker on the TT has already factored in the batteries, propane and ...

In truth. The Yellow sticker is the weight of the trailer as you see it sitting in front of you on the lot. With ALL the options you see on it. It has NO liquids in it. It "may" have propane tanks, but they are empty. Their empty weight is included in the yellow sticker.

The sticker should also tell you how many pounds full tanks will add to the dry weight, and the CC

This sticker by law is required to be accurate.
