Question about dry weight and actual dry weight

I'm looking at a trailer that has an advertised dry weight of 6190. The sticker on the TT reports it is 6434. Does this mean the sticker on the TT has already factored in the batteries, propane and ...

Yes, that is correct. I also have my TT set up as a small house. I have pretty much anything i need. My dry sticker weight is only Around 20-30 lbs more than the brochure dry weight. So you need to do your homework on any trailer you are looking at. I would never consider the GVWR of my trailer especially with a 4k lb CCC. 12-1500 lbs is a good number to add to the dry weight.
