You could try a Craig's list ad. Short of that all you can do is knock on doors and ask people. Trouble is that many municipalities and townships have rules about people living in trailers and paying rent to the landowner. Not to mention insurance issue for the landowner.

You might try a campground that caters to seasonal residents and see what kind of deal you can work out.
