I agree with Homer. However, you may have some luck with local farmers. Many have 30 and 50 amp power in their barns and sheds as well as water sources. Most farms have clear space around barn, shed and utility areas that might be suitable for an RV. Getting outside the city limits may also get you away from city ordinances prohibiting staying in the RV on private property. I see this done a lot out west where I'm from - but don't know about your area. You might look for an appropriate section on Craigslist to place an ad targeting farmers. Just some thoughts...
