I purchased one of these from CW. I have used other grills like you intend to do and all worked fine. I plugged it into my MH propane outlet on the exterior of my MH and used the same hose. the grill did not come with a regulator, nor did i need one as my MH propane tank had a regulator. I took it home, connected it and I did not get any propane coming out of the hose. I took it back to CW and was told the grill was a "low flow" grill and said it would not work. I don't know if this is accurate or not, but will go back to CW and talk to someone else to verify. I question this because i have used other grills without needing to worry about this "low flow" issue. Good luck.
