That's what happens when you flip the axle.

If you have any handy, I've used exhaust clamps. They work VERY well.

I've done worse. get on er shes good to go. for what its worth though jumper cables and a few car batteries can weld better than you would think.

Use Gorilla Duct Tape, then it's repaired properly. :)

The only issue I see is you used electrical tape as opposed to duct tape. What self respecting RV'er doesn't carry a roll or two of duct tape??

You should have cleaned the area first !
