Check out the tow vehicle sub forum. There are a few of us with them and a few threads with good info. The video you saw was probably from member ib516. He has a few threads and I have one for my trip to Florida last year.
I pull my 38'/~12k loaded 5th wheel with my 6.4 4.10 Ram 2500 and have been happy with it.
