As for a WDH, I highly recommend one with integrated sway control. Equal-i-zer 4-pt and Reese Strait Line can both be had for under $500 shipped. Many dealers do not correctly adjust it once installed and the load empty when you pick it up will change when you put 1000+ pounds of stuff in the TT for a long weekend. So your husband will want to learn how to adjust it anyway, so he might as well install it.
15-20 minutes? Um, maybe to install, but I have spent hours adjusting mine.
This is excellent advice,with your combination of tow vehicle you had better not cheap out on the hitch that is for sure.I have very deep concerns about the combination.
