I hope the OP is not the type that expects me to cut off traffic in the right lane just so I can get back over there. I always give myself approximately 300 feet before I signal my intentions to move back into the right lane. Nothing ticks a truck driver off more than someone to pass him and then cut him off returning to the right lane.
To those who come up behind an RV, RELAX, the most I am going to cost you is 30-45 seconds. I will not endanger my family or any one else's just for your precious few seconds. I pay just as much to use that road as you do!!!!!!!!
