There is only ONE reason for these never ending complaints. It's all about individuals who have absolutely no concern about anyone else but themselves. It really is that simple.
Not sure about what point you are making.
Are you saying the people only concerned about themselves are the ones who follow the rules and complain about those who don't?
Or the real people who only care only about themselves and not anyone else...the people who don't follow the rules?
