Sir, I sincerely appreciate your concern and input and I politely disagree. I have found numerous gems among the responses here. Information is easy to find. Wisdom, sage advice, experiences of those that have successfully done and the knowledge gained by those who tried, failed, persevered and made it is priceless!!! I so sincerely appreciate everyone who takes the time to respond and generously share. Thank you Sir for having enough concern to challenge rather than simply pat us on the back!
