Is over 2,600# plus what you stow "so light"? Poor advice.

This always comes up and where the question should always be, as to whether or not it will hurt anything to have supplemental and break-away braking on the toad and the answer is an astounding, NO! - HeisenbergExplorer

$1,125.00 is the best price I find, where is the $970 price?
I went back to look before I asked you to PM me for the name of the store and they are sold out. I guess it is no wonder. - NewbieRandRExplorer

I have 2 toads so I opted for the RVi2 and it is really easy and has a small footprint. I just put the breakaway on my new toad. It is selling for $970 right now and has a tire monitor option which I have not invested in yet.

The RVi2 is a great solution for the Fit. Given the tight spaces under the hood, I opted for a nice, small brake-in-a box solution. Installation is fast and simple and it works.
I looked at that and it does seem like a good solution, but if you install the break away cable you still must find a way through the firewall plus the cost is higher.

- chili_s_tripExplorer III had a Roadmaster Brake master installed on my 2009 Fit, no problem. It has an air hose through the firewall. I believe 09 through 13 have the same drive train and engine layout. Good luck!

I don't know where in CA you live but if you are in the Los Angeles area, there is a dealer in the San Fernando Valley. Maybe they could give you an idea on installation, call and ask. Good Luck.
I'm in the North so I will try to find a local dealer and see what I can find out about installation.
Thanks to all. - D_E_BishopExplorerI don't know where in CA you live but if you are in the Los Angeles area, there is a dealer in the San Fernando Valley. Maybe they could give you an idea on installation, call and ask. Good Luck.
