Has anybody found the ready brake for less than $400 ?

Am I understanding this right. That I can get a readybrute elite towbar for the $1080 price (shown on their website) and besides a base plate for my car, that is all I will need to tow my little 2000lb Toyota Yaris (can be towed 4 down)? This will include the braking as well? Any other items needed?
