All dealers are that way. They are not required to service units they did not sell. It's not the same as buying a car or truck. Won't matter what brand...Call the manufacturer. They can and will find an independent mobile service person to do the work. You may need to pay upfront then submit it for reimbursement but that beats waiting a month or two to get it worked on, even at the selling dealer. I buy mine wherever I get the best price and have no plans to ever go back to a dealer.
