Remove (or not) racing stripe/decals 2007 RT Agile SS?

So you just stop along the road, curb, parking lot and make camp. If it were my beat, I'd put you on your way. Our local ordinances are in place to prevent such acts. BTW, we also have an ordinance requiring any licensed business to have their Name and Address and phone number clearly lettered on any vehicle. That includes the local real estate person or insurance salesman.
