If you do rent them out there are many important items to keep in mind...
Insurance is #1. Make sure ahead of time that your insurance covers you and also the renter. Regular insurance that most people have for their personal RV/trailer/etc does NOT cover things if you RENT them out. Think "worst case" scenario...An accident with injuries/death/etc. Without insurance, you could be out hundreds of thousands of dollars or more.
