Repair 4 diesel
We are stuck in Eugene, OR with our 2006 F-350 diesel and 5er. We are at a cg, but need a good mech a nic. Truck died coming off highway .

My neighbor had one of those Fords. He had so many problems with it that he finally got disgusted enough to get a HO Cummins and 6 speed manual transmission out of a Dodge and had it stuffed in the Ford.
He is quite happy now.
It was expensive, but much less than a different truck!
Of course, it's much easier to just get an older Ford with the 7.3 and 5 spd (old body) or 6 spd (new body) manual that came in it stock...
