Replace Builtin Convection Oven without cabinet damage

Trim should have some screws holding it on. Look for some small round plugs, probably 4. You should be able to pop the plugs out and find some screws under them.

Edit: on looking closely at the picture looks like wood trim rather than the normal metal frame. I would still think there are screws hidden somewhere. Or maybe some very small finish nails.
