You can buy just the fabric, (you do not need to buy the roller) or ...
Well you can buy any part save on the arms you usually have to buy an "Assembly" (I had a piece of metal channel cut and modified it to work for me when I needed to.. But that's the hard way).
But you can get just the fabric, You can even get superior fabric.
If it is a manual awning, You lock it and then lift slightly to remove tension, You should be able to pull the thing off one end on the roller.. It may help if you slice between the two ribs on the roller... Then you can remove each rib (The fabric wraps 1/3 the way around the roller, the ribs are at each end)
You may need the rubber/plastic insert in the ribs.
Top end, You may have to spread the channel, remove a screw and then you can slide it into the spread area (Spread just past the end)
Replacment.. Do the screw last please after you've re-centered things.
