Having done fabric replacement on more than one awning (too many friends!) I can tell you that this is a BARGAIN unless the price of the fabric is more than a hundred dollars over other "fabric only" prices.
Good to know. And CW guarantees the lowest price so I can't see how someone could go wrong. Bruce likes to do the work which is fine. I was just trying to help the OP make a decision.
