I would just grin and bear it...
Once you get into the argument then you have lowered yourselves down to their way of getting along with people... Enjoy the show is what I would do...
Maybe your pooches will pee on the yard trinkets...
Of course this is just us... You are probably within any rights to have management get involved but that only makes it worse until management finally orders them to leave...
I know what my neighbor next door would do - he loves his paint cans - If there was a boundary thing he would paint the grass showing where the boundary was haha...
I first thought this was going to one of those things where folks just walk through your boundaries all the time... I was going to suggest a large dog dish with the name KILLER printed on it and a large dog chain hooked up to the trailer laying on the ground next to it. But this is a different situation for sure...
