Consideration for others seems rare. I see this often. Last month we asked for a quiet spot which we got. Until a bitg class A came in with really loud outsde stereo. Then came the beer. Nice as I could be I talked and explained we do foster care and one of our kids is autistic. This was at 11 Pm He said not to worry about it and nothing changed. Park managment was unavailable. It is drainng.
