If you have already viewed an argumentative exchange between the man and his wife, you know that arguing is in his nature.
If you have overheard that they've already been told about the site size/boundaries, you know that they know where it is and are willingly choosing to ignore it.
Both of these tell me that you should go to the manager with these concerns and not to the folks in the other site.
