The way I see it is the camp ground is private property and just because we pay for the use of a site does not make it "ours". I have never signed a lease giving me control over that site like you do for an apartment. If the owner/manager wishes to show you the exit he can do so for any reason he sees fit. They also like money so its not often that they will kick anyone out without a really good reason. He also knows he will get the bad feed back posted online about the "poor treatment we received" on rvparkreviews.com. I think the OP did the right thing in how he handled it. ITS MANAGEMENTS ISSUE TO DEAL WITH ULTIMATELY. If I had site grabbers move in on me I would hope to try to make a reasonable request and if no results move the items myself off my site after taking a video of the encroachment and me moving them off my site in good condition. Any further confrontations would be videoed and I would not hesitate calling in the local authorities if need be if things became volatile. Some people just know no boundaries and will take a mile if given an inch. There is only so much a person can do to "stand up for himself" without becoming the bad guy.
