I think a few of you have missed an important point that was in the first post.
I told the man that his actions were intrusive and that he should have come to me first. I made it clear that I respected boundaries and I expected him to.
I added that I did not have a problem with the things he hung up per-se. But I made it clear to him this was the end of it.
They have not been back into my site since.
However THE WIFE wants to keep arguing...which I refuse to do. She even sent me a letter. Which remains unopened and unanswered. I made it clear the conversation was at an end and it is her wanting to argue that I am addressing by not engaging with it and sending her off to the manager.
While it is not a perfect situation I would gain nothing but lost time and a headache by perusing any further action over a this rather ludicrous situation.
As things stand of this moment I am satisfied they got the message. We shall see.
What happens after I leave is up to the manager. I will not deign to tell him how he should run his park. However at leaving, I will bring the issue up to him and let him know what has transpired. With a smile and a little humor.
I think it's important in these kinds of things to see the humor as well as the "wrong". I also think it's important to keep some perspective on the issue and not inflate it beyond it's true importance.
I believe I have the right perspective on it.
