The owner/manager of the CG is the only person being paid to do his job. No need to yell. Just explain to him that he needs to fix the problem immediately however he chooses. If he refuses, inform him that you will tell all the RVers on this forum the name and location of the CG and the owner/manager's name. Then he's the one with a probable bad outcome.
